The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Renewal program is for healthcare professionals who have a current ACLS card at the time of the class. This class provides guidelines and up-to-date information on the science of adult resuscitation. 

Please Note: On the day of your class, you must bring a current (unexpired) ACLS and BLS card and precourse certificate. Walk-ins or late arrivals will not be accepted on the day of the class. 

To access the ACLS precourse self-assessment and work:

  1. Visit elearning.heart.org/course/424
  2. Find the course name (ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment and Precourse Work).
  3. Select Launch Course
    • You will be prompted to log in or create an account.
    • If you have completed the pre-course work recently, you must select Re-enroll
  4. Pass the pre-course assessment and complete the video lessons. (4 hrs)
