This two-day Mobile Integrated Health training program prepares you to deliver safe, high-quality care in the home and community. You learn how to complete structured assessments, review medications, spot early changes in conditon, and support patients across low-acuity pathways. The course includes home safety reviews, technology setup for virtual visits, case-based decision making, and clear workflows you can follow duirng real encounters. 

You will get hands-on practice, guided simulations, and practical tools you can use on day one. This is your chance to build skills in a growing part of our deparmtnet and play a direct role in patient support at home.
